Am I way off course?

After stumbling through a few people's blogs, I wonder if maybe I've got the wrong idea about this whole thing. From what I can gather, most people like to post mindless blather about their everyday lives. Do people really care about that crap?

I could go off on a tangent about my job, my life, or whatever, but honestly, it doesn't interest ME enough to even begin to consider that it might interest other people.

But let me give it a go. Right now, I'm debating on whether or not I want Taco Bell or Wendy's for lunch. Both sound equally delicious and cheap. After a nutritious meal, I intend on showering, then perhaps I might put on clothing that does not say "Joe Boxer."

Nope. I can't do it. Maybe the world cares about my failed attempt to get out and do something last night. Or maybe everyone would like to hear about the series of events that led to me living in Louisville. But something tells me it just isn't so. I'd rather reserve those thoughts for a conversation with someone who really cares, or at least is willing to listen.

Conversely, the kind of thoughts I would like to share with the world don't really translate well to a one-on-one conversation. Am I wrong for pursuing this course of action? Does anybody care what I have to say, period?

Thing one: I do.

Thing two: You do have it right.

Thing three: Wait... What was the question?
